We are a stainless-steel foundry specialised in the production of hydraulic components for high energy pumps providing service to the leading companies in the sector.
We use our own innovative process developed through years of investigation to manufacture specialised hydraulic components. This process uses precision ceramic moulds for both the core and exterior of the finished product.
Our patternless process allows us to manufacture pieces without the need for a model. This process is especially recommended for short series or individual units.
- Materials: Stainless steel (ferritic, martensitic, austenitic, super duplex materials), nickel-based alloys and carbon steel.
- Size range: from 100mm to 800mm diameter and from 1kg to 500kg.
- Distribution of materials: Duplex and Super Duplex (25%), Ferritic and martensitic (25%), Austenitic (20%), Nickel Base (10%), Carbon Steel (10%) and Others (10%).

Non-Destructive Testing
Detects surface defects such as surface discontinuities. Can be performed on any solid non-porous material.
A test that detects superficial or subsurface flaws through the accumulation of ferromagnetic material particles.
Positive Material Identification. Verifies the chemical composition of metals and alloys so that the materials supplied meet the appropriate standards and specifications.
Accuracy and compliance of component dimensioning with respect to drawing and design using reliable measurement systems and a strategic process parameter.
Radiographic testing (RT) uses gamma rays or X-rays to examine the internal structure of manufactured components and identify any faults or defects in them.
Method of thickness characterisation or internal structure characterisation of a tested part by applying high-frequency ultrasonic waves.
A qualified person assesses the parts by direct visual inspection. It is important to know how to conduct visual observation and to understand the results by comparing them with current market standards.
